Remote Support: if you have a working high-speed Internet connection, many services can be performed remotely. Computer NV has come up with a practical, yet economical method of billing for this service. Once connected via remote desktop software, we can usually isolate the problem within a 30 minute time frame, and in most cases resolve the issue. If repairs are estimated to go beyond the initial 30 minutes, billing at $69.00/hour will commence. Types of services we can perform remotely include:
- Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
- Operating System Repair/Tune-up and Optimization
- Email setup
- Software Install/Configure
- Data Backup and/or migration (some customer assistance may be required)
- Wireless Network Router Configuration (we can walk you through the physical setup)
- System Monitoring
- General education and tutorials
Computer NV has chosen TeamViewer for fast, reliable, and very secure Remote Support Service. The client application will need to be run on our PC, Mac, or Linux Operating System, and you will need to provide us with a Session ID and Password in order for us to gain access to your computer**.
