**$29.00 1st 1/2 hour*, then $69.00 for each additional hour of work performed**

Remote Support: if you have a working high-speed Internet connection, many services can be performed remotely. Computer NV has come up with a practical, yet economical method of billing for this service. Once connected via remote desktop software, we can usually isolate the problem within a 30 minute time frame, and in most cases resolve the issue. If repairs are estimated to go beyond the initial 30 minutes, billing at $69.00/hour will commence. Types of services we can perform remotely include:

Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
Operating System Repair/Tune-up and Optimization
Email setup
Software Install/Configure
Data Backup and/or migration (some customer assistance may be required)
Wireless Network Router Configuration (we can walk you through the physical setup)
System Monitoring
General education and tutorials

Computer NV has chosen TeamViewer for fast, reliable, and very secure Remote Support Service. The client application will need to be run on our PC, Mac, or Linux Operating System, and you will need to provide us with a Session ID and Password in order for us to gain access to your computer**.

*Customer will be informed of any work needed beyond the initial 30 minutes before standard hourly billing applies.

**Please make sure that you close any windows containing personal or sensitive information before allowing us access to your machine.

On Site Service

On Site Service: From time to time it is necessary for us to visit you on site. Computer NV can perform most services on site, and generally within a reasonable time frame. While this service is billed at an hourly rate, we will let you know up front how long the requested services should take before you authorize the work to be performed. If requested services look to stretch past a 2 hour time frame, you will be given the option (if possible) for us to take the equipment to our repair facility, and the total repair cost will be capped at the 2-hour rate. When repairs are complete, we will schedule a time with you for free delivery. Once delivered, we will reconnect your equipment, start it up, and go over any services completed. In addition to Free Pickup & Delivery Services:

Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
Operating System Repair/Tune-up and Optimization
Email Setup
Operating System Reinstall
Software Install/Configure
Data Backup and/or Migration
Hardware replacements/upgrades
Custom Computer Builds
Dust Removal and Exterior Cleaning

We can also perform the following on site:

Internet Setup
Network Setup & Configuration (includes security lock-down and wireless encryption)
New Computer Setup
Peripheral Device Installation/Integration (printers, scanners, web-cameras, smart-phones, etc…)
General Hardware and Software Training

*For visits lasting longer than 2-hours, customer will be given the option to have us take equipment off-site (if possible) to continue repairs, and total cost of service will be capped at the 2-hour rate. Free delivery with this option will be capped at 1 hour on site time, after which normal hourly billing will apply.

Free Pickup and Delivery is our most convenient method of service. Computer NV can arrive on site, disconnect your equipment and transport it to our shop where we can run it through diagnostics and troubleshoot/repair the issue. When repairs are complete, we will schedule a time with you for delivery. Once delivered, we will reconnect your equipment, start it up, and go over any services completed. From simple tune-ups to complete overhauls, the Free Pickup & Delivery option is our most popular choice for repairs. Typical services include:

Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal
Operating System Repair/Tune-up and Optimization
Email setup
Operating System Reinstall
Software Install/Configure
