Computer NV is AMAZING! Jeff is extremely knowledgable and willing to help. He has helped me on several occassions recently: decision making on a new laptop; navigating an Excel document on my new MAC; and helping a friend with his computer troubles. Did I mention that I live in Oregon, my friend lives in Colorado, and Jeff, of course, is in Nevada?!? Technology is fasinating, but Jeff's attention to detail and desire to put the customer first outweighs all of that! He truly speaks from experience and from the the heart when it comes to fixing computer issues and putting the customer's needs first. I will continue to highly recommend his company to all my friends, nationwide! Thanks, Jeff and Computer NV! JOB WELL DONE!!!

I am a recent nursing school grad, and have been using the same laptop for over 5 years. Let me tell you - this thing has taken a beating! Jeff was able to make my computer work harder, and most importantly, faster than it has since I bought it. Programs load quickly, and I can work in different programs simultaneously without slowing down. As I live in Oregon, I was able to have my computer worked on remotely so I didn't even have to go anywhere. His rates are competitive, he is friendly and reliable, and he is able to tackle any problem you throw his way. Thanks Jeff for all you have done to help a poor graduate keep her old computer running like new!

I was so impressed with the service I received from ComputerNV. My Mom needed her computer fixed, she lives in CA, other local vendors weren\'t responding to her service call, and I live in AK. Jeff had indicated awhile ago he knew how to remotely fix computers so I emailed him for help. I did expect him to do a good job, which he did, but what I didn\'t expect was his immediate response to 1) my email asking him to help my Mom (he replied within 5 minutes), 2) his immediate contact with my Mom the next morning, and 3) his quick response to fix her computer. He spent a lot of time working through her issues, her computer was a mess. The level of customer service Jeff provides goes well above and beyond what many people would do. My Mom hasn\'t stopped talking about his positive personality, his professionalism, and his level of experience. Nor has she stopped talking about how her computer now works!!!! Jeff, you will be fixing my Mom\'s computer and my computer from now on. Thank you so much Jeff, I really appreciate all you have done to help my Mom and I.

Jeff, thanks for the tip. I am one of those guys who spent 3 hours manually removing all of JRE instances because I needed the disk space. THANKS!
