Computer NV is owned and operated by Jeff Kaiser. Jeff brings to your home or business more than 12 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, building and upgrading personal computers and networks, and the peripheral devices connected to them.
In addition to his computer experience, Jeff has spent 7 years in the Satellite and Cable TV industry, in multiple geographic markets as both field technician and manager. The Satellite and Cable TV industry has had tremendous influence on Jeff. During his time in the field, he was frequently asked by customers if he could fix or configure their computers, phone lines, home theater systems, or integrate their devices in a manner that was prohibited by the service companies he worked for due to liability reasons. While Jeff respected the policies of his employers, he often felt that customers were not getting all of their technology concerns addressed, which is how Computer NV came to life.
Computer NV picks up where the installation tech left off, rooting out pesky virus infections, upgrading a computer so that the customer can get better use of their new high speed data service, re-routing data cables, or just taking the time to show customers how to use their new equipment.
